Diver or seal?

We were watching the seals off the point at Kaikoura, when this diver emerged carrying his catch - crayfish(lobsters really) and paua which are similar to ormers. He had only been in the water for 40 mns and was very pleased with his haul - he was going to cook them for supper with friends.
