Weak winter sunshine on the Kogelberg

Damn! This is Africa and it shouldn't be this cold - low temperatures and wind chill have the temperature around 6C; something us fair weather folks aren't used to.

There are scattered clouds all around and the sun can be seen painting the hills and ocean with wonderful light - see yesterday's Blip too.
