More Grooming

After the Mandarin Duck drake let me blip him while grooming himself yesterday, this Leine Goose did me the same favour today. These geese are a local breed and apparently very rare now- it seems there are only 100 known birds left, all of them living in Germany. The weather forcast threatened us with snow for today. So the day began with lovely sunshine and clear, frosty air. There was a short spell of rain in the afternoon, but the sun kept shining all the time. Epic fail ;-)
