Cous cous

Easy dinner tonight - roast chicken, roast veg, pesto and cous cous. From prep to plate in just over 30 minutes, perfect.

Back to work yesterday after a week of absence with whatever that nasty lurgy is. Still not right, but the work ain't gonna do itself. Bit of a mare today, I reckon that Solar Storm doesn't just upset satellites and technology, my colleague and I both felt a bit out of sorts.

First tutorial with my OU tutor yesterday, it was great and I'm looking forward to just working my way through the course at a nice steady pace. Had a quick look at the online forum and quite a few people are already getting ahead. Good luck to them, but I'm happy to just take my time!
