Banging head

Well I was at
Work at 7am! Woke up at 5am with a banging headache - which not sleeping well didn't help!!!
Stayed at work till 9am, then went to college to teach all day, before heading back to the office to sort out some bit!
Head still pounding at this point so had an hours kip in the car before going to the gym! Which was challenging
And now i am in need of a couple of tramadol to hopefully knock me out! Can't take them during they day as not meant to drive once taken them! So wish me luck!

I am hoping for a full nights sleep and no headache in the morning as we have 10 seminars to get through Tomorrow!
Let me Get a WHOOP WHOOP!!!!!!
