A fine specimen

This flower is called an Anthurium, and it has a lovely waxy feel to it. Our friends Sue and Ron gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers and this was the centre piece.

Have got more friends out (what it's like to be popular), they go home on Wednesday. They come every August and complain of the heat, she doesn't like birds (feathered kind), so eating outside is very difficult, but they seem to enjoy themselves. I have a rest for 2 weeks then my mum is out for 2 weeks, then sanity returns (I hope). Still no tv, so its reading and talking to one another!
