Surf & Turf

Today it rained virtually all day; it is still raining. Tonight I have worked in the restaurant all evening. I took two photographs only. This is our Chef's take on Surf & Turf.
Crushed new potatoes with chopped spring onion, green beans, slow roasted belly Pork and Langoustines or Prawns if you prefer.
OK, I know, we are a seafood restaurant so what are we doiing serving belly pork? Well, all the restaurants are jumping on the seafood bandwagon so we are jumping on theirs. Yes you can buy this or supremes of Chicken if you wish as well as Hake, Sea Bass, Shellfish pie, Mussels, or a Seafood Platter.
