IPG conference

IPG = Independent Publishers Guild. I was at the conference today, and this is one of the panels.

The man standing is Robert Topping, who runs Topping Books in Ely and Bath. He used to be manager of Waterstones in Manchester when I worked in Blackwells in Manchester 20 years ago, and I often used to see him cycling past my flat in Fallowfield.

The woman to his left is Caroline Wintersgill, who I used to work with.
