Tankerton

We went for our regular stroll from Tankerton to Whitstable this afternoon as it was bright and clear. We use our bus passes for the return journey. This, however, is looking behind us towards Herne Bay - you might just be able to see the remains of the pier out to sea to the right of the notice. The building which stood at the end remains; the bulk of the pier is gone.
