Did I eat his cousin for lunch?

A common sight in Port au Prince: seemingly unowned pigs feeding on heaping piles of solid waste. This was taken while in traffic going home.

I was at the BMPAD all day in back to back meetings and had a lunch of griot (deep friend pork - delicious and unhealthy). We left around 3pm but I didn't get home until 6pm because everybody was panicking and driving home because of one senator inciting drama when Martelly announced he'd have a press conference. Martelly made a show of having only a Haitian passport and even invited the American ambassador to vouch that he does not have dual American citizenship.

Spent the evening with a few girlfriends watching "Missrepresentation" in honor of International Women's day - definitely recommend it!
