Peak 2 Peak

We had a lot of laughs this morning as I tried to make my way from Creekside to the learners slopes on Whistler Mountain via a green run. It looked so deceptively flat on the map, from my perspective at least it was not at all flat. I spent quite a lot of the time hitting the snow pretty hard and struggling to get back up again on a steep slope. ButI didn't resort to converting my snowboard to a sledge, I did (eventually) make it and therefore I have done a run at Whistler, woo hoo!

We found the hot tub this evening and followed that with a cocktail in the bar sat next to the fire, I almost forgot my aches.
