Sweet globes of goodness

Mum went to Uncle Johns funeral on Tuesday.
I didn't make it, don't have the reserves at the moment to face long journeys.
She came over yesterday though and stayed the night, lovely to see her.
She brought, amongst other goodies, these yummy cherries.
Completely out of season but a delicious treat!
