Hanging on in There
The roots of this old tree have grown in such a way as to combat the coastal erosion! Its just at the back of the shingle beach, where I love to walk in my lunch break. The roots have been worn smooth by the wind and rain, the high tide laps at the base, eroding the soil. It was the perfect blip for the day and the week as it reflects my week, I'm feeling I'm just hanging on in there, with a few challenges, life has thrown my way!
Anyway it's Friday and I've a supper invite, then hopefully a quite weekend at home!!
