More banana loaf!

After another head ache ridden day I got home and was inspired by some blackening bananas on the window sill....

The idea is that by baking them in wee individual cases like these then I can freeze some to enjoy at a later date. However, I have a sneaky suspicion that between me and hubby, and a weekend of report writing, there may not be many or even any left to put in the freezer!

They are sooooooo tasty! Especially warm from the oven...... mmmmmmm!

P.s Did you spot yesterdays blip stars in the background?!!! I pick a different salt and pepper set each month to sit on my aga instead of being hidden away in a cabinet. March had to be the lambs!
