Thank You Spiders

I went to take a photo of a memorial to miners at a local colliery.
I looked down.
There should have been a sunken spotlight but it was broken and in its place a collection of little diamonds gently supported by spiders' webs.
Amazing (not quite as amazing as "Jewels in the Gutter" but still amazing!)
