Queen Eve

Having the mis fortune of being born just after Christmas - Eve has never had a birthday party.

Evie Martha is a fan of Shabby Chic. She loves her tea out of a china teacup , has her own Pinterest board and is a hardcore crafter.

So to celebrate her turning seven in December Lily and I threw her a vintage tea party. The house was decorated with bunting (some featuring the birthday girl) cake stands and garlands of lighted flowers and the food was laid out on vintage books and sheets of piano music.

The girls drank lemonade out of tea cups and ate cake, Eve had a carrot cake birthday cake (her favourite) and the girls danced and played and crafted. We make hand print tutus and easter bunny bunting.

So much like her madge...Evie has two birthdays, quite far apart but both equally splendid.
