YUM!

This was tonight's dinner. Ham & Cheese casserole - well that's what i'm calling it as i don't remember what the cookbook called it. Regardless..it was DELICIOUS! there's not even enough for leftovers. 7 people had some- a few had 2nd's i think it was a BIG hit. i'm gonna have to buy bigger baking dishes or start making 2 batches at a time of dishes i know will go over well.

with teenagers in the house and growing children.. i'm never gonna have enough food for leftovers lol..
