South Beach

We were on the bikes nice and early this morning, before the wind freshened (well that was the theory). Stopped for a break, a drink of water and a nutty bar for some energy to get me home and up those hills. I have had my gears sorted out last week so can get into 1 for the up hill grind.

A break for coffee then out to mow the lawns and tidy up the roses. I have something like 80 roses dotted about my garden.

Now showered and having the rest of the day off, enjoying watching the cricket....NZ & Sth Africa.
