Sussex CAMRA 22nd Beer & Cider Festival

Had a great evening at the Beer Festival last night... didn't quite get my Eye-Fi card working properly, but I think I have resolved that this morning. (Important Blipbear update at the bottom of this entry...)

Well this was a first for me asking a complete stranger for their photo to be put on blip. This is one of the organisers who kindly oblidged after buying some olives. (The olives were good!)

Now for the beers...

I tasted:-
1648 Triple Champion 4%
Meltdown - 7.4% - tasted of marmite, couldn't drink a whole one and I love marmite
Dark Star - Festival 5%
Magic Rock Curious 3.9%
Cullercoats Lovely Nelly 3.9%

I had half pints of:-
Ballards Golden Bine 3.8% - nice
Dark Star Hophead - 3.8% -lovely
Dark Star Rye & Juniper - lovely (pint)
Snowy Owl - nice
Triple fff Pressed Rat & Worthog 4.4% (gave this one back!)
Side Pocket of a Toad

Blipbear update:- I was due to go to Sheffield tomorrow, but Monday's meeting is now a conference call... ready for the panto boos... does anyone mind if Blipbear goes East instead?
