Knickerbockerglory

The last thing I expected to find on a menu in a very nice Asian-fusion restaurant in Sri Lanka was Knickerbockerglory! Brilliant! Admittedly nothing else on the dessert menu is particularly Asian-fusion but the 'glory amused me. Unfortunately after a lovely dinner of chicken satay, king prawn wanton and a salmon fillet with spicy cous cous, I had no room for one. The diet starts next week when I get home.
