Cumulus radiates?

I have been reading a book on clouds. A Christmas present. I look at the book. I look at the clouds. I am not sure which type of clouds is which! If I am right these are also known as Cloud Streets, the roman roads of the cloud world. And if I'm wrong? Nothing happens.
