The Shopping Trip From Hell?

I was parked in a town centre car park in Biggleswade when I noticed this sign. Very generous I thought. Just as well there is not 24 hours worth of anything to do in Biggleswade - thankfully there's not more than 20 minutes worth of shopping to be done there.
