First Bird!!

I'm so happy to have finally got a snap of a bird!!!
Find it so so difficult and today a bit of patience (or "I'm going to sit at this damn open window until I get a half decent bird shot to blip" determination/stubbornness).

And I really really can begin to appreciate the lengths that nature photographers go to to get a good shot. Leaves and trees moving, birds that don't look your way and then they go and fly off just as you hit the button.

But, a humble blackbird will do for me :D
