I made these :-)

Had such a great day today - went over to Glasgow to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery for a jewellery making course with my mother in law and sister in law.

I made all this stuff :-)

It was quite hard work and some things turned out better than others - I was really pleased with my bracelet and the brooch. Feeling absolutely shattered now - but so pleased with myself.

Mum in law made us a picnic for lunch - think she thought she was catering for the whole course not just 3 of us. We also had lovely fine china tea cups and tea pots and cake stands - the cake stands and the saucers made great back drops for my photos.

Back home now - drinking Barons De Rothschild Lafite Bordeaux 2001 - very special.

Day one on my 9 day long weekend has been great.
