it's saturday....isn't it?!

ever had that feeling for that split second when you wake up.....thought it was saturday and must've had a big smile on my face. then realised it's friday (still smiling though!). i'm glad to see the back of this week, and with the door firmly shut on it, i start to plan my weekend. little project to do involving this bracket. the bracket was given to me by a lovely couple who me and mum met last October in Guernsey. it's from the ruins on the Idlerocks Hotel there, and i'd been having a look to see if there was anything worth salvaging. plan is to strip it down which won't take long, and then re-paint. will look great at no.49, with one of those green topiary balls hanging from it (thanks Mrs Bet for the idea!)
