Truffles

My friend Tash has just returned from three weeks in Italy and kindly brought back this jar of truffle sauce for me.

I've never tasted truffles before and - despite amy flatmate's (accurate) warning that they taste like 'dirt' or 'earth' - I really rather enjoyed the sauce (mixed through pasta if you're interested).
