Dinner in a Chinese Style (70/366)

Darling wife out for the night, so dinner can contain some of the things she doesn't like. Prawns and nuts featuring heavily in this Chinese-inspired dish. Noodles, beansprouts, bamboo shoots, and the aforementioned prawns & cashew nuts. All brought together with lashings of chilli, garlic and ginger, then topped with some crispy shredded pork.

Yum, but it was too much for me.
