The Other Side of Berlin
Berlin is a wonderful city, everyone has been extremely friendly, and I've really enjoyed my long weekend here. But I'll never love Berlin as much as I do some other European cities, because around every other corner, it seems, is a punch-in-the-gut reminder of its all-too-recent history.
This is Peter Eisenman's amazing Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe. My shot doesn't do justice to its scale and impact.
