Stage 1
A hot bath..... Yes
Bubbles....... Yes
A good book...... Yes
Bottle of extra crisp cider...... Yes
Speaker and ipod playing 'in bath' playlist..... Yes
Bath pillow....... Yes
Cat peering over the edge now and then to make sure I haven't drowned...... Yes
Lights dimmed low...... Yes

Stage 2
Pj's on even though it's only 6.20pm..... Yes
Prune like fingers and toes...... Yes
Curled up on sofa with above mentioned book...... Yes
Cat on sofa too...... Yes
Woodburner roaring away..... Yes
Lovely husband in the kitchen cooking highland cow fillet steaks.... Yes
Happy?........ Oh yes
