Mac n' Cheese

It was my turn to do dinner tonight, so I opted for a stodge fest. Macaroni cheese and sausages. This is the Macaroni chees as I was serving it. A wee tip I picked up years ago (from Mr. Blogs himself if I recall correctly) is to make a topping of grated cheese and crushes ready salted crisps then stick it in th eoven for a bit to give a nice crunchy topping. It was delicious.

Anyway now I'm settling down to listen to the Aberdeen v Ayr cup tie online. C'mon the Dons!
