On the level

It was another day of hard graft in for me today. I almost wish I'd never volunteered to do it and that my mum got someone in to do it.
But we're nearly there. Another afternoon and it'll be sorted out.

My mum holds a lot of wee nick nacks. Mainly they are my grandfather's old tools and this I believe is one of them - something that was *very very* useful today. I took it home to clean it up as I found it at the bottom of an old toolbox. A bit of brasso (which I need to buy) and it'll be as good as new (or as new as a very old spirit level!)
