Another Empty Dwelling

Had a walk by the sea this afternoon with Camille and her little son Eli. Always good company. This very-intact-for -a-derelict house is only yards from the roadside . It looks as if it was abandoned only 10 or 15 years ago . All the windows are still in place except in a conservatory,which is full of brambles. the roof is good too. The front door has been kicked in . The peeling blue window frames appealed to me.

I cooked mussels for dinner tonight. We were given a bucket full.

So many seeds are germinating in the tunnel; it inspires me to plant more and more and more. But will I have space for all those plants when they outgrow their trays?
