Venice, Baby

One of my favourite sights anywhere.

I can see this from our balcony in Venice. We always stay at the at the same place the Bauer Pallazo, in what they like to describe as our 'favourite suite', ha ha. To open the doors onto the tiny balcony, and see this beautiful statue and hear the lapping of the canals always makes me feel so happy and excited and relaxed at the same time. It is right by the beautiful chursch of Santa Maria Della Salute.

Prosecco, spring sunshine, great company and all worries parked, absolute bliss.

Went for dinner at Osteria San Marco, love it there, fabulous wine and food, great atmosphere.

Chris and I love Venice, we first went there together 12 years ago.
