Wish Every Day Was Like Sunday

Well that has been one of the best weekends for a while. Good day today which has ended with my Sunday night football team getting a great result against a team much higher up the league than us (not hard when you are at the bottom!)

Today we went and picked up some plants at the garden centre just outside Cardenden and then took a drive out to Loch Leven. The pub where we normally have steak pie wasnt open until half twelve but this meant that we found another nice place to go, the Lochend Farm Shop just along the road from Scotlandwell.

Picked up some veg to make Scotch Broth later in the week but we had carrot and parsnip soup and some sausage and bacon rolls for lunch, all really good. Took this shot just beside the shop looking out towards the little village of Scotlandwell. I think the hill is Bishop's Hill but not really sure.

We then took a drive up to the little cafe at the Loch Leven Lodges for Orkney ice cream. Then went for a walk down by the water. Spotted a Herron doing a spot of fishing and got some nice shots of him, but there is something I like about my blip today.
