Chris, Venice

Sitting in the sunshine drinking coffee, at the bottom of St Mark's Square, right by the Grand Canal. Bliss.

Home, though, and back by 2pm. Over to Jeremy's to collect the children. Three nights away from home and two days of excitement with their Uncles and they are both absolutely shattered and slightly grubby.

Came home and all any of us were fit for was to get on the sofa in a real pile.

Venice is great but I missed them dreadfully.
