The above about sums up my state after three fantastic days! It was so good to catch up with friends Don and Sue, sadly it has been over twenty six years apart excluding christmas cards. Felt like we could have only been apart twenty six hrs! We stayed with Don and Sue and then drove in to Guildford for Steve and Catherines wedding (see yesterdays blip ). It was terrific event and again much catching up was done and new people met, back to spend a second night with Don and Sue. Late morning this morning we returned to Guildford to take Mrs AS's mum and dad home to Leeds, all was going well until the M1 was closed some thirty miles short, some niffty map reading by Mrs AS got us around the closed section. Now at home, the inlaws safe in thier home, dogs collected from the kennels, Miller ridden,fed and watered, us fed and ready for bed! A truely brill long weekend....... hope yours was too ;¬)
