by the light of the silvery moon

I've been running for the past two nights, so night off tonight and time for a G&T. The Gin bottle was nearly my blip but the moon looked glorious tonight illuminating the sky, only for a short time though as there is still a fresh wind blowing with clouds scudding in and out of the moonlight. All a bit out of focus though... Friday so swimming as usual. I managed a swim myself today while Isaac was having his lesson thanks to my dad who sat with Hugh poolside. I had forgotten how hard swimming is - 20 lengths, but I don't think I had swum more than 2 in about 2 years so it was tough going!!
