girls just want to have fun

It is 6th Birthday season. 6 years ago we went to ante-natal classes and found ourselves thrown together with 8 other couples by merit of circumstance. 6 years on and 4 of us are still in touch, having clung together for dear life in the early days of first-time parent hood, gone on to have second babies, and for 2 of us, third babies. We have had illness and injury, career changes, house moves, nursery days and now school stuff, and so 6 years on we are firm friends indeed, 4 families with a total of 10 children and it all seems like it started yesterday. Here are 4 of the girls (Emer, age 9 months is missing) and the 5 boys didn't fancy any photo posing. So we gathered today, to celebrate 6 years passing, not for any one in particular but more for all of us. The kids had a ball!
