Birthday Boy

We had an early morning birthday celebration for our neighbor's one year old son, Renato. There is nothing like eating cake, chocolate cake at that, for breakfast. In my younger days I sometimes had cake for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but now I have to eat a little healthier (which is very easy to do in Mexico). Renato didn't much care for the chocolate cake, except to get a little in his hair and around his mouth. I'm pretty sure he didn't understand what was going on, but us adults certainly enjoyed the chance to have cake with our coffee and tea.
