Kinkakuji

Heavy snow in the morning decided what I should do on my last day in Kyoto; head off to Kinkakuji. I have always wanted to see the fabulous Temple of the Gold Pavilion in the snow. Unfortunately, the snow hadn't laid except for a few patches on the roof. Still, it is always worth a visit and it gave me the opportunity to visit Ryoanji which is close by.
