...... A mystery...

Came into work this morning, to find this an envelope on my desk, an envelope addressed to me at my place of work that had been put in the post

Inside this envelope addressed to me was a humours birthday card, with thesse words inside.

Have no idea who it is from, and nor does anybody in the office, but they don't think it wasn't signed by accident.
