Choo choo

After a day in the office, followed by a trip to an underwear factory (yes, really), I went to Mount Lavinia Hotel (a former colonial ruler's residence - far better as a posh hotel) for a drink and light supper. It overlooks the sea and is next to the single-track railway line which runs all the way down the coast to Galle. The trains are incredible - they look about 70 years old and are packed with people hanging out of the carriages. We think rush-hour in the UK is a nightmare: trying being on one of these!!!!!
