What a long Monday that was, perhaps overdoing it 3 days in a row and getting to my bed at 2am might have had something to do with it, not good.

Aside from the usual pre-pay day soup you can easily spot my impulse-bought yoghurt drinky things. No idea if they make any difference - I suspect not - but they make you feel sensible just taking them. Well, sort of sensible.
