New Toys

With my new found get fit motivation I realised that I needed a decent pair of running trainers rather than the dress trainers that I had been using. Luckily today a local shop was doing some offers on fitness gear so I got these trainers and also a heart rate monitor that doubles up as a pedometer which is handy so I can work out how far I've run and how quickly.
