F is for....................

Flowers, I spied this blossom as I walked through the Church this morning.

What I don't understand why is the south of England in a state of drought when last summer we had the wettest summer for a long long time? What happened to all the extra summer water, it certainly couldn't have evaporated because its been cold winter weather?
