Windchime

Been on a training course all day today, Moving and Positioning, so far very interesting learning all about the spine, how to lift and all about the Health and safety at work act.
Very much theory based today, with discussions and completing of risk assessments.

A nice lunch was provided and huge amounts of lovely fruit.

Cut the grass and hedge when I got home, absolutley shattered so a quick blip of the wind chime in the garden and messed about with the colours

Spoke to dad today, missing mum dreadfully, he thought she was a bit better today.

More discussions with doctors and dad, decided that when she is a bit more mentally stable we are going to tell her about the bowel cancer as she is asking a few questions now.
