Beumaris Castle

Another local Castle, This was the last of Edward 1st`s chain of Castles in North Wales. Though never completed it was regarded as the most perfect design. The local inhabitants were moved to what is now Newborough on the opposite side of Anglesey. English settlers were brought in to take their place.
