Rainy day

Today has been a slow day.
Most of the day I have been losing the battle against my hangover. Self inflicted I know, I expect no symapthy.
The rain has been pretty much none stop all day.

The thing thats getting me through is the idea of the chicken stew and mash from Nigel Slaters book that my lass is cooking. I've been able to smell it for the last 2 hours.
