Wow, FIVE letters from the AA in this morning's post - all with important information inside, all posted first class on the same day and all for me. How thoughtful of them!

The first said said they had been unable to renew my contents insurance because my card details had changed.

The second thanked me for renewing my contents insurance.

The third said they had been unable to renew my buildings insurance because my card details had changed.

The fourth thanked me for renewing my buildings insurance.

The fifth thanked me again for renewing my contents insurance.

I love the AA. They are so communicative - especially considering we spent so much of the weekend chatting on the phone (and then again yesterday). I hardly mind at all paying a bleeding fortune in insurance premiums so they can waste money on pointless administration.
