Eye Test

Hero has been to the vet today to be tested for hereditary eye diseases.

His girl friend came in season a couple of days ago and we have quite strict rules regarding breeding in Denmark (the Kennel Club) so Border Collies need to be eye-tested and hip scored before they can be used at stud.

Hero was hip scored i January and today we got the eye test sorted. All looked fine, so he is now approved for breeding!

It looks like he will loose his virginity some time in the weekend or in the beginning of next week. Exciting stuff!

Here he is posing outside the animal hospital. The test is done in a dark room, so I couldn't take a picture of that!

The animal hospital is in the same town as my parents, so I took Bridie back to my mum's on the way home from the vet. We miss her!

The boys have been for 2 lovely walks today - one at my parents' and one when we came home. Its been a wonderful weather again today.
